Another year begins :)
Funny thing is, my Journal, or diary if you like, is handwritten on paper. With, would you believe, a pen. There's not a cat-in-hells chance I would entrust it to electronic media. Amusingly, I can account for where I was at any time in the last 3811 days.
If you're using Windows 7 by the way, it has a handy function on it's calculator that can track that back :)
Here's to the future, whatever it may hold. And the next 3811 days, at least.

A regret I always had was not writing a daily diary and I guess my blog (thank you for visiting so often my friend) is compensation. My middle son however, had kept a diary since he could write and this year has been given his next five year diary to keep which he does - every day. I hope he will look back with fondness at the positives in life.
Thank you RLS.
I do a daily diary because it makes me feel 'anchored'. Sometimes life seems to swirl around one and it's hard to keep track.
Cheered me up no end when a friend whom I see every 2-3 works said half-in-jest "Oy, why didn't you book me in?" and he meant it.
It's the little things that count?
